This cross bolt stabilizer is 21" long, 1" in diameter and typically welded to hay moving implements. It includes the cross hole sleeve and bolt/nut assembly. The stabilizer and sleeve are sold as a single unit and cannot be purchased separately. It utilizes a pencil tip for trouble free insertion into tightly packed hay bales. The stabilizer bar is commonly used on round bales to keep it from spinning
